The Body and Soul in Harmony
Explore the biological framework of Solestials and how their living energy defines their existence, growth, and expression.
Solestials have a lean, athletic frame standing between 1.7–1.9 meters, with digitigrade stance and a fully anthropomorphic form. Their appearance adapts over time, shaped by environment and life experiences. Spines, wings, and fur posture serve as instinctive emotional expressions.
At the heart of every Solestial lies an internal energy core, believed to be the soul itself. This core glows constantly while alive, serving as an emotional language rather than a fuel source. Its energy radiates outward, creating the species’ signature glow.
Soul Etchings are dermal energy channels that glow beneath the fur, shifting with emotion. These markings are tied to the individual’s life force and never fully dim while alive. Patterns evolve with age and experiences, telling the story of the individual.
Soulshape is the defining trait of Solestials—the body telling the story of the soul. These transformations range from subtle to awe-inspiring.
Solestials grow at a human-like pace, reaching adulthood by around twenty-five years. They retain physical youth for centuries, with an average lifespan of three to five centuries. Exceptional individuals may live up to seven centuries, fading only when their soul’s glow diminishes completely.
